I really like this unit.
Bigger than I expected and easily enough room for one person.

Apartment faces Abu Dhabi and side on to Sheik Zayed.

The building is on the marina side just in front of the yacht club.

Clean with kitchen appliances and standard fixtures. Good window draft proofing/sound insulation. Plenty of storage space.

For me the biggest plus would be you practically walk out of the apartment and can be on the metro or tram. It's 50 metres to the metro air con and escalator.

300 metres from Marina Mall.

Small park by the side. Supermarket close by.

Very nice entrance to the building (tucked in off the main road) where you get the feeling of a small boutique condo with friendly discreet security on hand. Classy reception area and hallways. Swipe card security for all residents. The building is a mix of different size apartments.

Loved the pool area- facing marina - where the building blocks you from the main road. The pool is kept at a constant temperature all year round.

High floor.

It's extremely good value at this price - a little gem. 100% recommended.
