The Goldcrest Views 1 is a residential tower in Jumeirah Lakes Towers located in cluster V of Jumeirah Lakes Towers. The tower has a total structural height of 159 m (522 ft). Construction of The Goldcrest Views 1 was completed in 2007.
There is a second identical tower called Goldcrest Views 2 in JLT cluster J.
