About Community
Jumeirah Lakes Towers, known as JLT, has gained itself a reputation as being an affordable
alternative to Dubai Marina since most of its planned 87 towers have been completed.
The area’s three-tower cluster design is set around four lakes, some with views over
Dubai Marina or the Emirates Hills’ golf courses.

In the event of over booking ( not later than 3 days before check in), we will provide the guest alternative
accommodation of equal or better standard, and in reasonable distance from the original property ,
provide complimentary transport to and from alternative accommodation. There shall be no difference
in room rate above the net rate agreed of the time of booking.
In the event of failure to satisfactory resolve this issue, we shall refund received payment in full at soonest.
