Lily Residence or also well know as Zone 3 of the Dubai Lagoon Project is the second zone scheduled to be completed. The due date for handover is 2016. Lily Residence, consists of 7 buildings. The two corner “double buildings” also house the recreational areas such as the gyms, tennis courts and spa. This zone will also be the closest to the metro station, Violet Line, that has been announced by the Road and Transport Authority to be operational by 2020.
