I have a European client looking to rent an apartment in the views from end of Feb or beginning of March. His requirements are as follows below:
Looking for either a 1 bed spacious or a 2 bed apartment. If it is a 1 bed, he could maximum go up to 120k and for a 2 bed he could go for a maximum of up to 160k for the right unit. He prefers one on the higher floor with a good view.
So if you have something to offer or something coming up in the coming weeks, please offer it. If it suits my clients requirement, he can arrange to secure the property immediately.
