following details
acceptable to us:
Leased premises: Three (3) full floors at the Property
Commencement date of lease: Upon agreement date
Length of lease: Five (5) years
Maintenance: All major maintenance shall be Lessor responsibility
Parking: Fifteen (15) parking per floor
Use of Leases premises: General office use and/or any Legal use
Improvements: Lease keeps the right of modification Premises prior occupancy
Right to Renew: Lessee to have the right to renew the Lease for an additional five
(5) years or less as of the current market value of leased Property
Assignment & Subletting: The Property can be assigned with the consent of Lessor, which
consent will not be unreasonably withheld or delayed
Payments: Three (3) payments per Year with six (6) months grace period for
first payment of the lease. First payment shall be after fit out works.
Form of Lease: To be mutually agreed upon between Lessor and Lessee
