Park Place Tower is a strikingly designed mixed-use tower located on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai's Central Business District.

It is a 56-floor mixed-use tower and it comprises 40 offices, 118 hotel apartments, and 115 residential units. The tower has a total structural height of 234.1m (768ft), making it currently the 10th tallest building in Dubai. The construction of Park Place was completed in 2007.

The tower boasts high-end facilities, including the longest swimming pool on the strip, state-of-the-art security and safety systems and high-grade acoustic treatment throughout.

The Sheikh Zayed Road is home to most of Dubai's skyscrapers, including theEmirates Towers. The highway also connects other new developments such as thePalm JumeirahandDubai Marina. The road has most of theRed LineofDubai Metro running alongside it. In Dubai itself much of the highway has seven to eight lanes in each direction.
