050-5351551The Jumeirah Lake Towers is a large development in Dubai which consists of 79 towers being along the edges of the three artificial lakes - Lake Almas West, Lake Almas East, JLT Lake as well as the JLT Embankment of 8 tower facing Jumeirah Islands.
The towers in JLT proper are organized in 26 clusters. Each clusters has its own parking structure and retail waterfront.
Parking system means visitors can only park for two hours in selected areas mostly the retail parking concourse level of DMCC parking garages. Those who exceed the time limit where barriers are activated can be fined 200 Dhs. Car parked for more than 8 hours will be notified to the police and vehicles may be removed. Violators will be suspended from accessing JLT parking resources and retail parking areas.
Synergy University Dubai is currently only one university in Jumeirah Lake Towers. It offers Bachelor degree, Masters and MBAprograms.
