TheJumeirah Lakes Towersis a large development inDubai,which consists of 79 towers

The Towers in JLT are organized in 26 clusters of the three, names from A to Z, each cluster has its own parking structure and a retail waterfront. Estimated to have a resident population of around 60,000 and a working population of another 120,000 and couple of Dubai metro stations.

Initially JLT had 4 lakes (Lake Almas West, Lake Almas East, Lake Elucio, Lake Allure), in late 2012 developer (DMCC) announced that lake Elucio would be drained and 55,000 meter park would be created instead.Subsequently Lake Allure has been renamed to JLT Lake. The total area covered by the lakes, waterways and landscaping will be 730,000-square-meter (7,900,000sqft).

The towers will range from having 35 floors to having 45, except for the centerpiece, which is 66 floors. The tallest tower and the centerpiece of the entire complex isAlmas Towerwhich is situated on its ownislandbetween Lake Almas West and Lake Almas East. All residential towers will be placed in clusters of three. This therefore makes the areas easier to navigate whenmailis distributed.

Currently working on a AED 450 million Parallel Roads Project to build 7 new bridges, tunnel to link highways in total connectivity for JLT.
