Bay Square in Business Bay is a project started by Dubai Properties Group in July of 2007. It has been on hold since the crisis, but the completion date has finally been set for handover starting late- 2014.
Bay Square is a 13 building, mixed-use, low-rise development of up to 16 storeys high. The entire pedestrian only zone has a built-up area of 430,000 square meters. The project itself will cover 220,000 square meters with all the buildings surrounding a fountain square.
