Jumeirah Business Center is a collection of freehold towers being built at the Jumeirah Lake Towers, which is opposite to the Dubai Marina and next to the Emirates Golf Club. The towers were designed by the National Engineering Bureau. The five Jumeirah Business Center towers will be commercial freehold office skyscrapers. Tower 1 will be 167 meters (547 feet) high with 46 floors, while the other 4 towers will be 149 meters (487 feet) high with 41 floors. The office units will range from 800 to 11,000 sq ft (74 to 1,022 sq m).

Jumeirah Lakes Towers or JLT as it is commonly known, has a sense of community within JLT for families, couples and singles made possible by the walking and jogging tracks around the lakes, play areas for children, basketball courts, restaurants and other retail amenities built in and around the residential buildings that include dry cleaners, beauty parlours, supermarkets, shops and restaurants.
