Iris Bay is a 32-floor tower in Business Bay in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The tower has a total structural height of 170 m (558 ft). It features a unique design and incorporates sustainability factors, making it as a one-of-a-kind structure in Dubai’s Business Bay.
The tower is designed in the shape of an ovoid and comprises two identical, double-curved, pixilated shells which are rotated and cantilevered over the podium. The rear elevation is a continuous vertical curve punctuated by balconies, while the front elevation is made up of seven zones of rotated glass.
The tower will incorporate both passive and active environmental features and sits on a four-storey perforated podium.
