Bay Square is a 13 building, mixed-use, low-rise development of up to 16 storeys high. The entire pedestrian only zone has a built up area of 430,000 square meters. The project itself will cover 220,000 square meters with all the buildings surrounding a fountain square.
The layout consists has 10 office and residential buildings, one commercial/office only building, a boutique hotel, and one residential only tower. Office space of 150,000 square meters is an accomplishment in and of itself. A total of 575 offices with sizes averaging between 2,000 to 4,000 square feet each are what makes this development unlike any other. Residential units comprised of studios, lofts and one-bedroom units. All units have access to the facilities such as pools, gyms, and health centers.
