Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) is one of the major upcoming master-communities of Dubai. This community already has a number of completed projects from various developers including the master-developer Nakheel. And, there's a lot more under-construction or planned for future construction.

Driving through JVC today, you would find villas, townhouses, apartment blocks and even a couple of office towers. On the other hand, there are large pockets of construction activity under-way and many other projects which are entering the launch stage.

Jumeirah Village Circle is one of the communities in Dubai where all property types are available:

  • Villas: there are two villa communities within JVC. There are 2 bedroom villas developed by Nakheel which were handed over in Q4 2013. There are also ninety 4 bedroom villas under-construction (also being developed by Nakheel) that are slated for completion in mid-2015.
  • Townhouses: Nakheel itself has developed 1 & 2 bedroom townhouses in District 12 of JVC. They have also, as a master-developer, sold plots to private developers who in turn have and continue to deliver various projects of 3 & 4 bedroom townhouses built over three levels. Developers interested in building similar projects can purchase G+2 townhouse plots and build rows of 8 - 15 townhouses.
  • Office space: There are at least three office buildings that have been constructed in JVC till date. Most of the space in JVC can be classified as Grade B quality.
  • Residential plots: Nakheel sold 97 G+1 residential plots in different areas of JVC where individuals could build their own villas. These have been one of the highest transacted property types in the community since 2012 and prices have more than doubled since their announcement.
  • Commercial plots: These are classified as plots that developers can buy and build on. There are G+2, G+4, G+8, G+10, G+19 and G+unlimited plots available in JVC at various market prices. As this is one of the few communities where future construction can take place, it is a hotbed of such transactions.
