This factory has been operating as a cold-rolled steel processor in Hamriyah Free Zone since 2007.
They have leased one Plot measuring 10,000 square meters in Phase-I of HFZA.
The plot has been fully leveled, compacted and fenced; and extremely well located within 1.2km from the Main Entrance Gate of HFZ. The plot has excellent access by a fully asphalted main road, which runs adjacent to the front boundary of the plot. As of today, Phase-I of HFZA has been fully leased out.
The factory is equipped with a 500 KVA power supply from Sharjah Electricity and Water Authority for which it has provided a 2.2 km of 11KV cable to the SEWA 33 KVA Substation. This is a great advantage to the Company as there is a waiting period of 5 years for obtaining power supply from SEWA.
The factory building is 16 m x 50 m = 800m2 in size which includes a production shed equipped with two 5.0 MT overhead gantry cranes, and a double story executive office block, within the building. The construction was done in the year 2007.
The Company plans to remove all the plant and machinery from the factory has they are moving location to another Emirate.
