Shibu Raj and Julia Altrichter - the managing partners of Dynamic Real Estate. We have been living in Dubai for 10 and 22 years respectively and this fantastic city has become our second home. Having witnessed the incredible development and superlative projects in the fastest growing city of the world it came only natural to offer our assistance and knowledge to property buyers.
Julia is originally from Austria, and of course always happy to assist German speaking clients, who feel more comfortable speaking in their own mother tongue. Raj, originally from India, has seen Dubai grow from a few buildings in the desert to an international metropolis, giving him an incomparable knowledge of this great city and its people.
