Jumeirah Village Circle is in an ideal location, with excellent access to Hessa Street and Al Khail Road. In the area there are plans to develop a shopping mall and a new public transport system is expected to be developed in JVC in the future to further improve accessibility. Jumeirah Village Circle is accessible by two main streets that flow into a circular formation around the community with boulevards that directly link each side to the center. The area is made up of mostly low rise residential complexes, villas and townhouses. Currently all needs are met with grocery stores, salons and veterinary clinics in JVC with up-market Milestone supermarket just across the road in JVT.
