Jumeirah Islands is a development of villas within man-made islands spread across an area of 300 hectares. These islands are separated into forty six clusters, each cluster comprises sixteen individually styled villas. They all sit surrounded by artificial lakes which form such an integral part of the Jumeirah Islands community which has a land to water ratio of around two to one; which is believed to be the highest in the work.
