The main features of the Mirdif location is that it is by Emirates Rd, close to Deira, 10 minutes from the airport, and next to Mirdif City Center that has a bus stop, which takes you to the metro in a matter of minutes. There are also good schools located in the Warqaa and uptown mirdif areas. Lease renewal is a very easy and convenient process. A lease may easily be renewed directly through the community management by paying the AED 700 renewal fee.

The main differences between the Shorooq and Ghoroob areas are as follows: Shorooq offers residential villas and apartments whereas Ghoroob has only apartments. Ghoroob also features free air-conditioning and designated covered parking spaces. It is also closer to the city center and is in a less noisy area.

Some common rules and regulations regarding Mirdif are outlined as follows: The prices are not negotiable and are fixed since the tenancy contract is directly from the Dubai Government and payment must be made with one to four cheques. Pets are allowed in the Shorooq area but not in Ghoroob. It is not possible to install satellite dishes since those who do will be subject to be a fine imposed by community management.
