About Jumeirah

Jumierah is a coastal residential area in Dubai, UAE mainly comprising low rise private dwellings. It is administratively divided into three neighborhoods tittled Jumiera 1, 2 and 3. It has both expensive and large dettached properties as well as mored modest townhouses built in a variety of architectural styles. The area is popular with expatriates working in the Emirates and is families to many tourists visiting Dubai.

Quiet & beautiful in places and mainly peaceful, once you get behind Jumeirah Beach Road. It is split into 3 parts Um Squime 1,2 and 3- the further you go up the roads in a Jebel Ali directions. Houses and villas on the seaside side of the Beach Road are on the beach- or almost- as close as you can get in Dubai. On the other side, it is quiet and about as green as Dubai gets with well established gardens and parks as well as plenty of shops, restaurants and ameneties.

The stretch of Jumeirah Beach Road feature large hotels, resorts, and housing developments, including theBurj Al Arab(Arab Tower) hotel,Wild Wadi Water Park,Jumeirah Beach Hotel, and the old-styleMadinat Jumeirah, a hotel and shopping complex.
