The developments range from small, 33 villas, to large, 158 villa, but most of them fall in the middle.

All the leisure facilities for the Earth and Fire courses will form part of the Norman Clubhouse, located in the centre of the project between the two courses. The clubhouse will feature an exclusive hotel, a luxurious spa, an array of signature restaurants and shops, a golf academy, a tennis academy and a world class fitness centre.
