Dubai developer Emaar has launched Maple, a new townhouse community in Dubai Hills Estate located within Mohammed Bin Rashid City (MBR City).
Maple will feature 118 townhouses with three, four and five bedroom units.
All houses in the community will be connected with parks, a mosque, a day care centre and a retail centre through a green corridor, the developer said. The community will also have jogging trails, cycling paths, fitness stations and shaded areas with seats.
Villas in Maple range from 2,200 to 2,700 sq ft and potential investors can choose from different floor plans and layouts, Emaar said.
Sales for the townhouses will be launched on April 25, 2015 at 8.30am on a first-come, first-served basis in Dubai and Abu Dhabi
The sales launch in Dubai will be held at the Emaar Pavilion on Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard in Downtown Dubai, and in Abu Dhabi at the Emaar Sales Centre, Al Nahda Tower.
Potential investors can also register interest for the ‘Maple’ townhouses at Emaar’s website, the developer said.
Emaar’s launch of the townhouses follows close on the heels of the launch of another residential tower Acacia at Park Heights in MBR City.
It is also building an apartment complex Mulberry at Park Heights within this development.
Dubai Hills Estate, a joint venture between Emaar and Meraas Holding, was singled out as one of the company’s key projects by Emaar chairman Mohammed Alabbar at the annual general meeting.
Despite a softening in the real estate market, Dubai’s biggest listed property developer has launched new residential projects to tap into demand from end-user homeowners.
The company recently launched Downtown Views, an apartment complex in Downtown Dubai that will be connected to its flagship retail development The Dubai Mall.
Emaar, which is part owned by state fund Investment Corporation Of Dubai, is also aiming to net a profit of Dhs1 billion this year from its various business divisions.
