At the heart of the city and the ‘main road’ in the downtown area, this is a rapidly evolving area with lots of changes ongoing regarding construction (and demolition of old making way for new buildings), it is the most central of locations. . Plenty taxis and public transport here, but you would find that numerous shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance.
