The Executive Towers Dubai is a mixed-use complex located in Business Bay, Dubai. It consists of 12 towers: ten residential towers, one commercial tower and a hotel. The Executive Towers are conveniently located near Sheikh Zayed Road and minutes away from the Business Bay Metro station, The Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa.
The towers are connected with a three-storey podium. Bay Avenue Shopping Mall is situated on the first two levels of the podium, while the third level known as ‘The Courtyard’ (plaza level) contains children’s play areas, communal facilities, landscaped plazas, courtyards and covered walking arcades.
