Al Reef is a large-scale residential community, situated on a 1 million square meter land plot. The development is divided into villa clusters grouped in four distinct architectural themes Arabian, Desert, Mediterranean, and Contemporary with a central downtown area. When fully completed, Al Reef will comprise over 2,300 villas and townhouses of 2,3,4 and 5 bedroom, over 1,800 apartments in a mix of studios, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom; a four star hotel; and a retail area.
