Dubai Marina

Dubai Marina is the most popular place to rent or buy a home in Dubai. It consistently ranks number 1 in terms of real estate searches and number of properties available for sale and rent from on various real estate portals. Whilst the Palm Jumeirah and Downtown Burj Dubai might be more spectacular developments, the Marina is the real symbol of new Dubai having tens of thousands of expatriate white collar professional workers, business people, holiday makers, retirees and other high net-worth individuals. The facts are well known. This project has the worlds largest man-made Marina and the current 100 odd completed buildings are built around this infrastructure. Another 15 buildings are currently under-construction.
