Jumeirah Beach Residence is the most vibrant community of new Dubai. It is a part of Dubai Marina and the two together create a modern city of its own. Yet living there is quite different then living in the Marina. Famous "JBR Walk" offers unparalleled number of shopping and food outlets that cater not only to residents but numerous tourists and Dubai residents from other neighborhoods.

It also has one the best beaches in UAE, wide in its size with golden sand and breathtaking views of Palm Jumeirah.

The most popular are 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, respectively, 1,200-1,400, and 1,750 to nearly 2,000. All 3 and 4 bedrooms feature a maids room and a second entrance. Closed kitchens are always close to the entrance, they have a sizable window opening into the living room and larger units also have a separate storage area/room. Even thought it is a beach-front community only some units offer sea or marina views. Floor plans offering stunning views of the sea can be found in Sadaf 4 and 5, Murjan 3 (side facing Palm Jumeirah), and all of Rimal towers except Rimal 1. Some selected units in Amwaj and Shams also have good sea views. Most of other apartments have general view of community(other buildings). And the prices of renting or buying reflect that difference.
