Jumeirah Golf Estates, the luxury residential golf community, announced the launch of its new development, Al Andalus, part of the master project’s Phase A progress plan.
The new Mediterranean-inspired development is the 15th community included in Phase A, which is currently the focus of the exclusive community.

Construction of the Al Andalus development will begin before the start of Cityscape Dubai in September and the completion of the apartment units and community centres is aimed for the second quarter of 2018. Completion of the townhouses will come at a later stage, which would be announced in the future.

The Al Andalus project will possess residential units, ranging from apartments spread across seven buildings, to town houses, in addition to a number of community facilities, including retail and hospitality offerings.

The residential apartments are placed along the manmade hill, forming a spiral around the central pool.
