Jumeirah Village Triangle consists mainly of 2 Bedroom Villas and 1 & 2 bedroom townhouses which are all completed. Entrance and exit points are fully functional and the community enjoys access to Al Khail, Mohammad bin Zayed Road and a back road leading tosprings meandows and Jumeirah park. The first villas were delivered in 2008 and the last delivery was completed in 2012. There are residential and commercial plots all along the periphery of the community which are owned by investors and developers, but there are only a few apartment buildings completed, but more will come onboard over the next many years.
