The building is notorious for its poor service and bad smell, such as the Jacuzzi having been unusable for over 2 years as of 2015, the windows get cleaned just once a year right before the rain and sandstorm season, and the entire summer leaving the drainage that runs through all apartments to have a terrible smell as the day heats up.
There has been on-going issues with gardens to the building management and air conditioning for the last 4 years, with prices rocketing up in costs even though there is no meters and no proof of individuals using more power which was formerly managed by District Cooling.
