Advance payment is required and can be arrange through cash or cheque.

Security deposits are required to cover the damages against the fully furnished apartments (please see below amount of security deposits
required); a separate deposit is required to cover the incidental charges like telephone, food & beverages, laundry, etc.

Valid passport of the tenant is required before or at the time of check-in; for annual stays, a valid UAE residence visa is required together
with the passport

In case early departure full month will be charge.

Extension is subject to availability and prevailing rates.

Monthly stays must be 30 consecutive nights.
