Lake Shore Tower 1 sits on a podium and is elevated higher than the other two towers in its cluster. It is the primary tower and juts into Allure lake slightly more than the other two towers. The 164.5 metres (540ft) residential tower consists of 46 floors and 3 basements.Initial construction work was slated to begin in 2005, but there were delays and actual construction did not begin until March 2006. It was initially due for completion by September 2008, however, it was not completed until May 2009
