• Advance payment is required and can be arrange through cash, cheque or bank transfers.
• Security deposits are required to cover the damages against the fully furnished apartments (please see below amount of security deposits required); a separate deposit is required to cover the incidental charges like telephone, food & beverages, laundry, etc.
• Valid passport of the tenant is required before or at the time of check-in; for annual stays, a valid UAE residence visa is required together with the passport
• In case early departure full month will be charge.
