The Neighborhood
The Executive Towers at Business Bay consist of 12 towers, which includes residential, commercial and office towers. These are the first buildings to be completed in Business Bay and are located near its entrance.
Bay Avenue is an arena of two levels of indoor and outdoor retail space. It will have cafes, restaurants, boutiques, showrooms, plazas, children’s play areas,and sporting facilities.
Getting Around
Business bay is connected to Red Line of Dubai Metro with Business Bay Station.

In accordance to Decree No. (17) of 2013 a guest staying at hotels, resorts, hotel apartments, guest houses, budget hotels, floating hotels, holiday homes, and other hotel establishments as specified by the Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing, will be charged the “Tourism Dirham Fee” for each night of occupancy of a room at a Hotel Establishment. 20 AED per night will be collected upon check-in by one of our Guest Relations Officers.

Guests should adhere to the community rules and respect the rights of other occupants and are obliged not to disturb them with noise, music, television or in any other way. Vandalism of any kind on the premises and in common areas is strictly prohibited. All abusive, disorderly, violent, or harassing conduct by the guest is subject to immediate eviction with no refund issued.
