In accordance to Decree No. (17) of 2013 a guest staying at hotels, resorts, hotel apartments, guest houses, budget hotels, floating hotels, holiday homes, and other hotel establishments as specified by the Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing, will be charged the “Tourism Dirham Fee" for each night of occupancy of a room at a Hotel Establishment. 20 AED per night will be collected upon check-in by one of our Guest Relations Officers.

Guests should adhere to the community rules and respect the rights of other occupants and are obliged not to disturb them with noise, music, television or in any other way. Vandalism of any kind on the premises and in common areas is strictly prohibited. All abusive, disorderly, violent, or harassing conduct by the guest is subject to immediate eviction with no refund issued.
