Al Reef is a fully-pledged residential community, situated on 780,741 square meter plot of land. It is divided into 4 different themed communities each with its own style of Villas: Arabian Community, Desert Community, Mediterranean Community, and Contemporary Community with a central downtown area. When fully completed, Al Reef will comprise over 2,300 villas and townhouses of 2,3,4 and 5 bedroom, over 1,800 apartments in a mix of studios, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom; a four star hotel; and a retail area. The pedestrian commercial plaza will contain a wide range of shops and restaurants. The entire development will eventually accommodate approximately 15,000 residents.
