Al Bateen Residences at JBR is a prime development project undertaken by Al Ain Properties. It comprises two towers: a 50-storey beachfront residential tower of 304 units, and a 24-storey hotel tower with 110 units under the management of an internationally renowned hotel chain. Al Bateen Residences at JBR is scheduled for completion by 4th Quarter 2013.
