About Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR):

Jumeirah Beach Residence was launched in 2004 and completed in 2008. It is one of the largest single apartment complex projects ever undertaken in Dubai - consisting of 41 towers - 36 of which are residential and having a total of 22 million sq. ft. of gross floor area. 6 different contractors were involved in its construction.
