Dubai Sports City

Sports City is located on Sheikh Muhammad bin Zayed road, nestled between Motor City and IMPZ and in close proximity to JVC & Arabian Ranches. It is a mixed use residential area that has a number of apartment buildings along with various Sports Complexes. It's not 100% finished yet but definitely getting there! Dubai Sports City has homes ranging from studio apartments to expansive penthouses and beautiful villas.

The cricket stadium is already complete and a number of other sports facilities are under construction. There are already a number of high-quality residential buildings completed in Sports City. Given the current construction surrounding the area Sports City apartments do offer fantastic value for money compared to similar sized apartments in areas such as the Marina. However you do have to compromise a little on location but it is close to all the Motor City amenities and more and more facilities are opening up in the area.
