Saba 2 tower residential project is being constructed on plots Q1 in JLT; these towers are near perfect mirror images of each other with relatively few and minor differences. Plots size is 36,000 sq ft, total built up area is 730,000 sq ft, total apartments in excess of 700, apartments sizes from 494 sq ft 5,300 sq ft, units ranging from studios, 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms and penthouses, studios, 1 bedrooms, and 2 bedrooms will be fully furnished, more than 20,000 sq ft of retail space, other amenities include health centre comprising of gym, spa, sauna, steam room and 24 hour security. Saba-2 is estimated to be completed by the end of the 3rd quarter 2007.
