The owner can avail his unit or another for a period of 3 weeks (1 week during peak period & 2 week off peak) in a year for his personal use

2.Long term (minimum 13 months) through Wasl properties

The payment plan for Ready to occupy Apartments is as follows:

-20% down payment of the unit is required to reserve it

The payment plan duration is 2 years

-10% payment every quarter

-Units can be pushed out to investment plans even with 20% payment and benefiting the full investment as you are having on a 100% paid unit (meaning you can start renting the apartments or enroll in their hotel pool system with only 20% payment and start having an income)

If by chance a unit has been paid 100% (at one time) then a 3% of the 80% will be given as a cash back in other words 2.4% of 100%.
