Al Bateen Residences at JBR is a prime development project undertaken by Al Ain Properties. It comprises two towers: a 50-storey beachfront residential tower of 304 units, and a 24-storey hotel tower with 110 units under the management of an internationally renowned hotel chain.There are separate entrances and lobbies for both the residential tower and the hotel tower. Each tower is also provided with its own recreational facilities, amenities and car parking.
