Al Bandar is an island development of luxury apartments arranged around a marina in a low density design. It benefits from first class facilities including a family swimming pool, childrens’ pool and spa as well as two lap pools jutting into the sea. It has a large gym with a range of quality equipment, a studio for classes, two squash courts, a billiard room and outdoor terrace for entertaining. A tennis court is also located close by. There is an excellent range of food and beverage establishments including Ornina waterside restaurant and bar, Nolu’s and Bricco cafes as well as ice cream and coffee shops. There is also a Spinneys supermarket, medical centre, pharmacy and other complementary health and beauty shops.

The three glass buildings protruding into the water are known as Naseem A, B and C. They house a selection of one, two, three and four bedroom apartments, virtually all of which have a generous balcony and water view, many having direct water frontage. Internally they are contemporary and light with white lacquer kitchens and Corian worktops. The bathrooms are finished with a mixture of large cream tiles, mosaics and oak cabinetry. They are designed in such a way that all rooms usually have balcony access through large sliding doors. On the higher levels the apartments have extra large terraces and further upgraded specification as well as two penthouses crowning each building. There is direct access to the marina berths from the buildings.

The Al Barza building sits at the end of the marina with apartments looking either over the marina to the west or on the other side of the building in an easterly direction towards the Al Muneera development and Yas Island, as well as a limited amount of duplex penthouses which have accommodation on both sides. It is designed as a loft style building with brickwork on the external face towards the marina, high ceilings internally, well proportioned rooms and timber floors. Kitchens and bathrooms are of a comparable quality to Al Naseem with similar finishes but many of the bathrooms also have standalone shower cubicles. The final building within the Al Bandar development is named Al Manara. It is a tower at the point of the marina. These extra special apartments are very limited in nature, being one per floor only. They are four bedrooms, have their own lift lobby and span the entire floor, benefitting from nearly 360 degree views. Large white marble slabs cover the floor, the kitchens are extremely slick and modern and the bathrooms a special specification of shimmering mosaics and white lacquer and marble. These apartments also are fitted with a smart home system controlling lights, music and blinds. A duplex penthouse crowns the tower with its own private terrace and panoramic views in all directions.

Al Raha is located on the eastern coast of the Arabian Gulf - conveniently situated adjacent to the seafront and the main Abu Dhabi - Dubai highway. It benefits from superb road connections in all directions and is just five minutes from the airport. Abu Dhabi city is just twenty minutes drive, Kizad and Khalifa Port twenty minutes in the other direction and Dubai Marina forty minutes away.
