The Marina Diamond Towers, also referred to as the Marina Diamond Family, are a collection of six towers being built in the Dubai Marina, the man-made marina in the city of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The marina is located next to the Dubai Media City and opposite to the Jumeirah Lake Towers.
The Marina Diamond Towers will be freehold residential towers with 15 or 20 floors, being built at a total cost of AED 740 million (US$ 200 million). They will be located on southern shore of the marina and collectively have 1,300 units from studios to 3-bedroom apartments.
