Terms and Conditions:

  • Rates are inclusive of 10 % Service fees and 10 % Municipality fees.
  • Rates are quoted in UAE Dirham.
  • Payment should be received two days prior check in.
  • Method of payment can be arranged through cash, credit card (with 3% surcharge) and cheque (maximum of 4 cheque for annual stay).
  • Security deposits are required to cover the damages against the fully furnished apartments and to cover the incidentals like outlet invoices (please see below amount of security deposits required).
  • Valid passport of the tenant is required before or at the time of check-in; for annual stays, a valid UAE residence visa is required together with the passport.
  • In case early termination for yearly contracts, we would have one month rent as penalty.
  • Extension is subject to availability and prevailing rates.

Please note that the above rate is subject to Tourism Dirham fee:
20 AED for one-bedroom per night
40 AED for two-bedroom per night
