• 3. Ramee Rose Hotel Apartments will provide technical assistance in fixing the gas connection and cost for the same will be borne by the guest(s).
• 4. The tenant(s) received the following furnitures and other items in a good condition to use it (in the apartment) and he obligated to return it back in a good condition at the end of the tenancy contract.

• 5. If one (1) month not finished , daily rates will be applied automatically ( for monthly booking )
