This is a multi-venue sports complex in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, developed by partners Abdul Rahim Al Zarooni, Abdulrahman Bukhatir and Abdulrahman Falaknaz. It provides a mix of residential, retail, leisure and recreational facilities. It is built around five major sports venues and features a number of sports academies. Located on Mohammad Bin Zayed Road the residential aspect of the project consists of mid-rise apartment buildings, townhouses and villas. Sports City contains three distinct residential districts: Canal Residence, Victory Heights and Gallery Villas. [1]
Victory Heights is part of Dubai Sports City and is a brand new development of townhouses and villas surrounding the Ernie Els Golf Club. Front-line villas with views of the Golf course command the highest rent. The areas is easily accessible just off the Emirates Road near to the Sports City roundabout and the main entrance to Sports City. The townhouses and villas range from 3-bed up to 6-bed large family homes. The architectural style is pre-dominantly modern European with many of the villas painted in bright colors similar to the style you would find on the Mediterranean. The location is a little away from the centre of new Dubai (despite being easily accessible), which does mean you typically get very good value for money if you are looking for a large Dubai villa to live in.
