TheMarina Pinnacleis a 77-floor tower in theDubai MarinainDubai,United Arab Emirates. The tower has a total structural height of 280m (853ft)[1]and 764 residential and commercial units.[2]Construction of the Marina Pinnacle has been completed in 2011. It became one of the tallest residential buildings around the World.

The tower topped out in December, 2010 with 96% completion and became 19th tallest building in Dubai. Handover process is started in July 2011 and it is still in progress. The tower offers 10 high speed elevators, a main lobby, parking space for all residents, a health club with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, steam bath and Jacuzzi, two fitness centers.
