Geography and access
- Jumeirah 3 borders the communities of Jumeirah 2, Umm Suqeim 1, and Al Safa 1. The NW side of Jumeirah 3 faces the ocean.
- Umm Al Sheif Road divides Umm Suqeim 1 and Jumeira 3 communities, and accesses Sheikh Zayed Rd (SZR) (Abu Dhabi-Dubai highway exit 46), however access is only in Abu Dhabi direction going onto SZR, and only from Sharjah direction when exiting the motorway.
- Jumeira Road (Jumeirah Beach Rd) runs through Jumeirah 3 near the coast.
- Al Wasl Road runs between Jumeirah 3 and Al Safa 1 communities.
- Al Athar Road or Street (also called Al Attar Rd) divides Jumeirahs 2 and 3. It connects indirectly to the Sheikh Zayed Road Interchange 2 (Safa Park interchange) (access in both directions) via Al Hadiqa Road (Meydan Rd) at the Safa Park and Choithrams traffic lights.

- Jumeirah 3 Spinneys location is at corner of Al Wasl and Umm Al Sheif roads, in Al Safa 2 Community, diagonally across intersection from Jumeirah 3.
- [Check] Restaurants and cafes on Jumeirah Rd: Barracuda seafood, Ariz Lebanon, Bosphorus Turkish restaurant, Reem Al Bawadi.
- Sunset Shopping Mall, on Jumeirah Rd. Luxury apartments part of the mall complex, the only apartments in Dubai on the beach. Well ok, except for JBR in Dubai Marina but that's a bit of zoo.
- Starbucks coffee shop hidden away off the main roads, on the corner of Al Sinyar St and Al Mehemal St. Outside seating in front, also another small outdoor section with kids play area. Opposite the Girls Public School.
- Union Coop hypermarket, Al Wasl Rd, opposite Safa Park. Also a money exchange, McDonalds (no drivethru), pharmacy, Dunkin Donuts (or Krispy Kreme, we forgot which one). Paid parking in front, free car parking behind.
