The Emaar Six towers are generally known as the Original Six Towers on account of them being the very first towers built in Dubai Marina. Emaar first launched these towers way back in 2002 they had no idea they would sell out so fast. Being the very first project to be built meant that space was not at such a premium. As a result they decided to build a grand gated community on a huge plot of land with very grand lobbies, large guest car park, 7 swimming pools and various parks and green areas. They proved to be extremely popular. So much so that Emaar then decided there was no need to spend so much money on future projects if they would sell out so easily. All future Emaar projects in Dubai Marina have subsequently been built on smaller plots of land and no new projects in Dubai Marina built since then have been able to match the quality of the Original Six Emaar Towers.
The location is second to none with easy access in and out so you will not get caught in the traffic issues associated with other parts of the Marina. Positioned directly on Marina Walk there is every conceivable enmity right on the doorstep including: The Tram station, Metro station, Spinneys Supermarket, Doctors and Dentist Surgeries, Mosque plus all the cafes and restaurants on Marina Walk.
